In the first instance, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, as a Corporate Authorised Representative of Oracle Group (Australia) Pty Limited (AFSL 363610), your complaint will be managed in accordance with their formal dispute resolution process. Oracle Group (Australia) values their clients and will work with you to reach a fair outcome. Please contact their Complaints Officer on (03) 8373 5473.

You also have the right to refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at any time. AFCA provides a free and independent dispute resolution service.
